ok guys i really love this its simply amazing! i really want to make one of those tube instruments some time ive been fascinated with them for a while. although your green screen work was a little weird probably because of the reflection in the symbols and the see through drum heads but besides that i really do love this!

Not entirely accurate but still really impressive try duct taping the flip flops to your hands the rhythms are more accurate that way. Ps how the hell do you build one of those things?

@Maskedfreakinabox Building it was the easy part, getting all the scrap together was the hard part. I started with a simple brace where the holdings could fit around the pipes and just put some pipe on and cut it off again until it had the right tuning... The red tubes are a nightmare because of the curve in it, when you bend one it becomes a fraction shorter and thus out of tune... Thats why you see the black tubes at the ends.. they are not for prettyness but to attach more pipe for the tune

@alexvoda Well the blue instrument is played by me on the gray pipes and one of the red pipe playing persons is playing the yellow melody. (that would be Nick, the 20 feet hi guy with the darker hair. Maarten is playing the red melody.) Only thing is both red pipe thingy instruments are made up in the same range so the melody isnt'n as clear as the original. If we made the pipes shorter we can have the range sound good but it looses too much volume to hear it so...
