My yoga teacher friend suggests down dog with the rope, so you are really bringing your thighs and sacrum back.
I think this is good, but sometimes you need a steeper incline, and don't forget the slight pelvic tilt that goes with the inversion but not down dog. Good question.
I noticed that an inversion looks a lot like the downward dog pose for yoga...would doing that move throughout pregnancy help with optimal fetal positioning? I am 25 weeks pregnant right now and have been doing yoga and was wondering if that would work as well.
How long should this pose be held at any one time
15 mins total or 3x 5 mins with 1min rest in between etc what's best ? And how many times a day thanks ?
