  • Nice set

  • beautiful. where did you get that JBL Array 880? looks impressive how much did it cost you? congrats on your set up. Im also a Jbl loyal follower.

  • Salut mosquito, trop bon ton système, la classe ;)

Ta centrale , un rêve pour moi !!!

  • I agree. The L300s sound better WITHOUT the grill cloth.

Your system must bring you lots of pleasure. Thanks for sharing.

  • Great speakers, many compliments for jbl vintage, even the beautiful nad, but McIntosh will sound even better!

    Again congratulations.

  • Yes the sound is better when I watch a Blu-ray with a DTS track-HD Master Audio connected to analog.

For example "BB King Live at Montreux 1993" and "Return to Forever returns Live At Montreux 2008 "...),

But for me, better quality does not mean more Boom boom in the low frequencies is not what I want.

  • I have 2 subs but i still think you have to turn l.f.e up by 10db because your l.f.e will be re routed to left and right. I am going to call Nad and see what they say...I seriously wouldnt bother getting m15 as analog sounds better unless you have to use one cable and want too see tru hd flash up on your preamp id save your money. Ive read the best way to decode is in the player as long as your blu rays half descent the sound will be just as good possibly better.

  • I saw the set-up of M15 pre-amp that the LFE level goes from zero to -10 but there is not +10 ...

  • yeah i think you have to do it in player im not even sure its L..F.E .? I need to find out when i hooked it up before it sounded flat with not enuf bass. Standard d.t.s was louder despite reading 7. 1 input on amp and showing dts master on blu ray. then i read article. im not getting 250 pound cables till im sure? Have you noticed improvement with hd sound? If i got it then its too quiet for me.

  • Was just wondering if you have them hooked up for hd sound via the 7.1 analog inputs? If so do you adjust bass management from your player or your pre amp? because i heard if it doesnt automatically adjust the l.f.e you end up having bass that is negative 10 db lower so you are supose to boost the L.F E by 10 db otherwise you get hardly any bass.

  • Yes I connected my Blu-Ray Sony via analog 5.1, actually it's 5.0 because I have no subwoofer, and I simply specified in the set-up of the drive "without subwoofer" .

I think with the 2 boomers of 38 cm from JBL L.300, there is no need to add artificially low ...

In a few years I'll buy the new HD pre-amp, NAD M15-HD ...

Sorry for my english, i' am french. :)

  • hey i also have the NAD masters...and i tell you what ive had twice as expensive and the NADS sound better!!! infact they sound better than anything ive heard up to 10k in pounds. Denon, pioneer, Naim, you name it they are awesome beasts! Check out my home cinema...its under Justins home cinema 2 pts...i bet your j.b.l.s are bloody loud on the end of that M25!!

  • Hello,

yes I like the result with JBL and NAD Master Series ...
