The encore (Through the fire and the flames) was pretty amazing, and so was the valley of the dammed, but apart from that, nothing really through me. Sylosis had a pretty nuts mosh pit goin on :P

Clearly you haven't liked this "type" of music for long enough to have experienced bands from 5,6,7 years ago that did this genre better. What you fail to realise is that having listened to post hardcore (you may call it what you wish) for many a year now, i'm quite the expert on what has been done before. GFTK has been done before, but better. Taking influences from older bands is one thing, but i all i ask is that you at least make it your own, which GFTK and so many other bands fail to do.

there are a few more faults in this one, although i quite like the way Davey sings the "rise from your grave, and take my hand!" in this version, its a little less whiney than the newer recording.

although there's no guitar sweeps at the end of this recording!

ah well, this is still a great song, and when it comes to the two different recordings, there both good in there own ways, and GOTK are an awesome band :)
