  • sorry for all yalls losses and injured:( i blame the dot.

  • this was a great video. its been 2 years but i think everyone in minnesota will remember it forever. people say it wasnt that big of a deal but it really was. to the families that lost someone in this it will always be the biggest tragedy of their lives.

  • It is so hard to believe that this happened two years ago....

I still remember when it happened...

I was sitting at home..... and my dad came in really worried. He asked where my mom was. I didn't know what had happened yet. So I changed to the news... and saw what had happened....... I was terrified, and just started to pray. Luckily, my mom was somewhere else, and all of us are still here, safe. I pray for all who lost their lives, and who were hurt, on this awful day. I will never forget it.

  • i'm with you in the fact that it is hard to believe that it was almost 2 years ago. i still remember what happened as if i were reliving the moment. it was very terrifying! :((((((

  • i was is this brdige collaspe and im 12 years old and i will be scared a bridges for the rest of my life

i had a broken leg, 2 broken arms and a broken back

it was a drag but i survived but my sister did not

  • i was on the bus. i was 11 when the collapse happened. i was scared for my life. i will never forget any of it. i was lucky enough to come off the bus EXTERNALLY unscathed but some of my friends weren't as fortunate as me. although i was externally unscathed, i will always be INTERNALLY scathed.

  • @hockeyman097 I hate to reply so far in the future, but your sister was a victim? My heart goes out to you and your family.

  • We lost a friend on the bridge that day and we almost lost half of our family that was just a few vehicles back from the collapse. My wife know the woman lost on the bridge and told me the sad story of what brought her to Minnesota, she came here to be with a new boyfriend, shortly after arriving he left her. She stayed and became a loved member of the White Bear community, she was a dancer and a beautiful person, very giving and kind. This was our 911 and we will never forget this tragedy.

  • I live in minnesota to!!!

That's really sad of what happen!! I hope all bridges in minnesota better be good. i totally bet their is angels (real) watching over people family of their missing love ones, who did not make it.

  • Thank you so much for creating this beautiful tribute. For those of us here in the Twin Cities, this has become for us a sort of "911" and the bridge site Ground Zero - a place of remembrance and prayer. The music you chose for the video is so appropo: the Latin text sung to this melody is the Agnus Dei or Lamb of God from the Roman liturgy. "Lamb of God, who takest away the sins of the world, have mercy on us... and grant us peace." Amen.

  • Thank You for this video! Its very moving and touching and extremely sad as well. My heart, prayers and strength go out to those who lost loved ones and to those who were lost.

  • Thank you for making this!!! I was on that bridge about 2 mins before it collapesd so it means alot to me!

  • Wonderfully done, my heart goes out to all those affected by this tragedy.

  • Extremely moving & touching.
