Discipline...I thought that it was dead. I haven't seen it since I was young. I saw knife fights, kids driven away in patrol cars, beatings, sexual trauma, etc...and in all cases discipline was the most needed and yet the most absent. BTW bare bones cells are harder to microphone hack and gps track. It's doable; but easier to remove battery and bullshit. Todays Sacramento Bee has great article on this stuff about wifi, bluetooth cells and hack protection esp. for overseas travel should know it.
