Awesome! I'm trying to get at least two of my chaos to become chaos, but it's taking a while. They havent even reincarnated for the frist time. Also, TIP. If you treat you chao EXTREMELY WELL, not only will it reincarnate, but it will age slower, so you'll have your chao for longer :D But if you're mean to it, then it will age faster, giving you less time with your chao. This has been, your chao comment.

someone please help me, i tried my same method in making a chaos chao twice, (method: reincarnate it once, reincarnate it once more. then give it all 15 animals.) and it always turns out to be just a mess of animals after it evolves!!! i used a regular coloured chao that still had animal parts left from its last life, and a black chao that hadnt been given any animals, ever! please help me! i want a chaos chao soooooooooooooo bad!!!

do the same thing but dont pet it as a child, only an adult. and after the second re-incarnation, give the 21 animals as well as at least 17 lvl stamina (i tried to do without it and it didnt work for some reason) adn it should evolve into a neutral!!

A year in chao world is only 3-5, usually about 3.5 hours. Time only passes while you're in the garden. I just leave the game on while I sleep and stand in the garden with the game unpaused. I got a chaos chao in 2 days like this.
