Yeah, the first week of attempts when this died we were having sort of a hard time getting the worms dead before Icehowl came up. Now with better gear we just pop Hero in phase3 as well.

We usually burn down the toxin worm with BL and just overheal our tank and rotate CDs on him when bile worm goes rawr and Icehowl comes out when worm is at like 5% health, so we get the off tank to taunt the worm and MT gets yeti. We're now having biiiig trouble with anub'arak and the 6 permafrosts all over the fight :p It is sooo much easier on 10 man

No, after the stun everyone gets a buff that makes you run faster, not a potion.

Put it in HD and look at the DBM bars. On heroic you have a timer to kill each of the bosses or the other ones appear.
