  • I started listening and loved it....then I saw what the album was called and laughed so loud I woke my friend up. The First Donuts is a great name for an album.

  • two dislikes are knives and legato

  • 0:48 - 1:13 is just so..........

dangit, English needs more jazzy adjectives.

It's good, is what I'm saying.

  • @ABetterBadger funkjazztical is a good one ;p

  • the force is strong in this one.

  • pitiful dislike bar :))

  • 2 people is friend with Knives.

  • Nicholas D. Wolfwood is the only priest who I admire and respect.

  • @DarqWolff he was only a part time priest

  • love this tune !

  • The beginning remember "Come Together - Michael Jackson".

  • best theme ever

  • sounds like a badass doin his dirty move

  • I can listen to this :D

  • this is the first song i think of when i think of trigun

  • it's either your job or your life. which one is it?

  • my friend has a pair of vash's shades. and hes not afraid to where them in public...

  • this song alone shows how bass ass this show was!

  • what genre is this?

  • @wolfboy714 classic kickass

  • @wolfboy714

Instrumental Rock Blues with a bit of fusion of Jazz I'd say.

You can't really classify this kind of music that the japanese anime have. Especially when it's from either Tsuneo Imahori (creator of Trigun music) and Yoko Kanno (Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in the Shell) and the two of them often collaborate together on anime soundtracks like on Cowboy Bebop and Ghost in the Shell, Tsuneo Imahori is in a band with Yoko Kanno called 'The Seatbelts' that I highly recommend for jazz / blues.

  • @Sveinkiboy99 True. Tsuneo Imahori is just one of those unorthodox composers that give some anime a unique and original feel to it.

  • @ElegeantFencer

Here's one of his best work which features him and Yoko Kanno together, from Ghost In the Shell: Stand Alone Complex: /watch?v=x5RqNTMFD00

  • @Sveinkiboy99 Awesome. I didn't know Imahori did work for Ghost In The Shell. Along with Ms. Kanno as well.

Well in case you didn't know, he also does music for Hajime No Ippo and Gungrave. The latter being conceived from the same mangaka behind Trigun.

  • @wolfboy714

I guess what I'm trying to say is, everyone should get as much stuff as they can that Tsuneo Imahori and Yoko Kanno make, they're musical geniuses. No doubt about that.

  • @wolfboy714 Awesome.

  • oh so true so true

  • GODS! I want his shades sooo bad...

  • @KyeEnzoden They're very much like Alucard's shades when you think about it, save for the color difference and that Vash's shades have that VERY attractive zig-zag structure.

  • @Gam3Junkie7 that they do, and that is a main reason why i want them so badly. This anime is what got me so attracted to round shades.

  • @KyeEnzoden Shades don't make the man friend.

  • @IYUB30 men tend to reflect their personality on shades

  • This song makes me a eargasm

  • Don't lie people. Your ears jizzed.

  • @Stiglitz51

I just thumbed you, because you made me laugh. Well done.

  • @Stiglitz51

I came........to the conclusion that this is a good track!

Although this song and a cigar would be nice after making a few babies :3

  • I know all of the songs that the Trigun team made are based off of popular American/Western music, and after a long period of searching found the song that they based this off of: Smugglers Blues.

    Check it out!

  • TRIGUN IS MY JAM!

  • so much sass

  • Anyone got other songs like this? So far got this one, the trigun OP and Led Zep's "Black Dog".

Need some man tunes to go with my coffee.

  • @xmentosx hmm Black dog isn't really like this but it's good I reccomend fleetwood mac's oh well part 1

  • @nintendonut100 It's a lot like the OP though.

  • @xmentosx good point odly I don't really like the op to Trigun

  • @nintendonut100 That IS odd.

  • @nintendonut100 listen to the badlands rumble remastering of it. if that doesnt get you to like it, you are odd.

  • this here, this right here is how things get accomplished

  • Very bluesy,western rock like.

  • @baronestodon its imahori like. which means its supposed to be more jazzy like.

  • Trigun is truly a unique anime. It's got such a funky soundtrack, I love it. It's mostly instrumental, like the instruments do all the talking to get the attitude across.

  • I wish this music could be played in Fallout New Vegas in the radios instead of the Country crap that is there.

  • @xSpartan122x wow, i listen to this when i play fallout new vegas, but i also listen to the country stuff, thats when country was good.

  • @DMatomisk Yeah you're right, actually I just said that it was country crap because it's always the same musics, and you get tired of them after a time... but Johny Guitar almost always makes me shed a tear...

  • @xSpartan122x i think they should keep adding songs to the game, that way the music dose not get old.

  • @DMatomisk true, they should always make some sort of pack that you can download with new musics for the radios.

  • it sounds western but at the same time it feels more rock ish its trully a perfect blend

  • Somebody rassle me up a teleporter right here.

  • did any one hear a sax note in the beggining... the very begining, like the first note?

  • @astronautO3 Ya!!!!!

  • Trigun has the best OST.

  • Omigosh, I almost fainted from the awesome when those first few notes played.

  • @Zecoatl Ow. I have a broken rib. That hurt! lol

  • Orgasmic song.

  • This song has had me searching desperately for more tunes like it. Don't suppose anyone knows other good slide guitar songs/artists that are in a similar vein to this?

  • @flimsystick you and me both!! all i got to work with is the trigun soundtrack a few CBB songs

  • @flimsystick

Its not quite the same genre, but an equally awesome slide guitar song is "Sahib Teri Bandi" by the Derek Trucks band.

  • The Grind :D

  • anyone know the name of the song that plays when the desert gang attacks the sandsteamer in episode 7?

  • yea, this is life!

  • the first donut... oh yeah vash likes donuts i just got that =P also love the soundtrack and the anime

  • @megapixzl and it's also funny that CDs look like donuts XD

  • Awesome!

  • very funky

  • ear sex right here!!!!!

  • @Darks290 that's what she said. but seriously, it isnt THAT good.

  • @OyonTheAdept its funk xD

  • The song sorta defines Vash. Its got this sadness that has also this endless patience. Then it gets a bit more action but it still keeps this nice blues rhythm. This song is the best!

  • @sasukeworld yeah i agree it says Vash is a bad ass when he needs to be.

  • @sasukeworld Funny you say that, because this song is generally associated with Wolfwood. "Big Bluff" is generally tied to Vash.

  • I Love this song!!

  • yo bro this is ahckmed

  • this isnt Jeff Dunham dude

  • Wonderful song ^^ one of my favorites from this anime.

This is my all time favorite anime. Something about the combination of the witless klutz and serious hero in Vash made this all the more appealling <3 The music is wonderful too.

  • @GrimmEverafter Agreed. The music for Trigun is never going to get old. Heck, the anime only really picked up in popularity a while ago.

    Wolfwood forever!

  • Shit i Like this song... this blues is very good...

  • This here is how things get done.

  • Ringtone! Or an alarm, it's an awesome song to wake up to!

When I first downloaded this I had it on repeat for hours...

  • @tripletriad were did u dwn load it from? iv been lookin 4 it for months

  • tubes to tones prolly

  • this song is bad ass

  • this is the first song that you hear in the series other than the beginning, at the bar.

  • i love his song but i never knoe the name of it was

  • thank for upload!! =) and one question do you know what's the song in the episode 17 when vash is telling knives that someone beat him?? i like very much that song but i don't fin it u.u what is the name of that song??
