Do you have any suggestions on how to get over a fear of needles?

@tennisdancer05 Seriously, this helped for me in the past(I used to get A LOT of bloodwork done)

Don't look at the needle

(If you're allowed to) Hold someones hand

Remind yourself you won't die

Remind yourself its a quick pinch

Tell yourself the needle will NOT get lost or break off inside of your arm

Tell yourself many people have done this, professionals as well as non-professionals and they made out ok.
