I have both an 03 white Spec and an 02 SE-R Auto..there is a HUGE difference in my opinion with power delivery between the two, the spec is a hell of a lot quicker and nimble. These cars respond very well to mods, especialy when u get rid of that restrictive ass exhaust system.

Had on 02 specv. Put yes, 146 thousand city miles on it before I sold it (used it for work as an insurance investigator). Other then the recall engine issue and an AC freon recharge and brakes, the car never broke down or needed a thing. Drove it hard to redline and it took the abuse.

Oh and they dont make a lot of turbo's for the 1.8L. They just arent meant to handle it. You could replace all your stock components with aftermarket parts (EMS, Intercooler, 4-1 headers, bigger injectors, high performance fuel rail and a racing clutch) but your gonna be payin around 5g's. Go find a spec V and work from there. You'll be better off.

turbo sentras are no fun, to much power you cant cut-up with them. Yu have to watch gauges, and to me CAI, Headers, Exhaust, maybe cams is all you need.

Wow, great video. I own a tricked Spec V and its nice to see that someone pays attention to this amazing machine. I can toast anything in the 4 cyl category (SRT-4 is close), but a stage II turbo from turbonetics puts 300+ to the wheels. Add that to the light weight frame and you have a 6spd monster on the drag and sprint scene! Awesome video.
