This book was so good. People rag on her because she is not laugh out loud, over the top comedy. She has the smart insight of women twice her age and she still does not take her self too seriously. With a #1 New York Times Best Seller, I think everyone should start taking her seriously.

I'm considering going to her book signing tomorrow, but I have another event I really should go to instead, so I'm torn. Do you get a chance to meet/talk to her or is it just basically listen to her talk and then she signs your book real fast and you have to move along? Can you get a picture with her? Thanks so much!

If you can, go! She's hilarious, it was totally worth it --- like a mini comedy show, plus there's a question and answer. They try to move you along when she's signing books, but you can ask her a quick question while she's signing. At this B&N, you were able to give one of the employees your camera and they would take a picture while she was signing. It was a lot of fun!

I did end up going! I'm jealous of your experience though. For ours, she had an actual comedy show literally right after, so she didn't get to do a discussion or Q&A, she just got to sign our books and take a quick picture, but it's still cool to get to meet her, huh? Love her :). Thanks for posting your video of her, at least I got to see some of the Q&A and stuff :)

Oh too bad ;o((( --- she must have been running late... because she had her gig at Caroline's right after the signing that day as well. I regret not getting more on tape... she read snipets from the book... and other stuff that I just didn't get --- I went with a group of people and she had us all in stitches. Here delivery is flawless!!!!
