  • Arthur Brown must be Alice Cooper's dad.

  • i dont know what the horned instrument(s) are in this song, they come on strong at about 50 seconds and at other times are just passively filling in spaces. i could easily listen to it for 3 hours straight. a little less conversation by elvis has a similar instrument in it that gradually comes on stronger as the song goes on, sounds like a sax. this sound has got its hooks in me and would like to know of any other songs that incorporate this style in them. thank you

  • @26667030 It sounds like a trombone section of some kind.

  • I saw The Crazy World Of Arthur Brown at the famous Fillmore in San Francisco

    in 1968.The keyboard player,who played a Hammond B-3 organ,was phenom-

enal!! At this time I also attended many shows at Winterland,The Carousel Ball

room,The Avalon Ballroom.etc. Arthur Brown had a headgear that was ignited,

  • DUSTIN DOLLIN IS THE MAN

  • Im happy to see that Arthur Brown has been viewed so many times

;) Maybe their is some help for peoples choice in music after all :D

  • Back when Black Metal was trippy...

  • @MirageEP this is rock

  • @LordArry Obviously, I was merely referencing that he was the first person to wear "Corpse Paint" on stage, which influenced KISS, Alice Cooper etc. who in turn influenced Black Metal musicians.

  • @MirageEP this is not connected with black metal, this is rock

  • @LordArry I think you have misunderstood my previous comment, it is not related musically but theatrically due to the fact that Arthur Brown wears black and white face paint (Corpse Paint) which influenced bands like KISS and Alice Cooper, who in turn theatrically influenced Black Metal bands such as Mayhem and Gorgoroth.

  • @MirageEP corpse paint =/= black metal

  • @MirageEP what the fuck does anything in this video have to do with Black Metal?

  • @TheTramsen Arthur Brown is considered the origine of Black Metal's style.

  • @TheTramsen not much .. and your point is?

  • @funky2249 If you'd take your time to look at who I was replying to you would get my point.

  • what a voice !
