No offense but sodium nitrate is not cancerous, it is nitrite that is when it reacts with protein rich food. Not only that, nitrite must be consumed or injected in massive quantities in order to cause cancer. It is video like these that piss me off, only telling you the most dangerous facts of meat in order to convert you into becoming vegetarians.
