Really close stance. Personally, when I squat since I'm a big dude I like to use a wider stance, it just feels better personally but hey, we're all different.
@batmannu ..my legs used to do that aswell dont worry about it , just pick a weight your more comfortable with i.e. a weight your knees dont bend in with and after a while with that your legs will get stronger and youl be ready for 100kg !! :D :D x
@ItsRapBoy lmao.. its 100kg. bar 20kg, red plates 25kg each, locks 2,5kg each, tiny 2,5kg plates, green bigger plate is 10.. so 20+50+5+5+20 = 100kg, not 70kg

@batmannu nothign wrong with knees flaring out. knees caving in = bad for knees
its a good technique when squatting if you're struggling to get up, even if your knees are not collapsing inwards, is to flare them out and try lifting / thrusting the hips up and forward

Wow thats alot of weight to lift, I hate doing squats becuase I don't have a metal stand to duck under, so by the time I lift it over my head I'm stuffed. Plus it really hurts my arm when I have to lower it behind my head.

Try using shoes with a hard sole..like adidas sambas or weightlifting shoes..Those help. ..

A few tips- take em or leave em:
1. Widen your stance.
2. Keep your knees in line with your toes.
3. Fill your belly (not your chest) with air before you begin the lift and hold it tight.
4. Start breathing out slowly once you reach your "sticking point."
