  • @batmannu ..my legs used to do that aswell dont worry about it , just pick a weight your more comfortable with i.e. a weight your knees dont bend in with and after a while with that your legs will get stronger and youl be ready for 100kg !! :D :D x

    and yeh, wider stance. You gotta use your posterior chain to lift the weight, not your quads alone.

  • A few tips- take em or leave em:

    1. Widen your stance.

    2. Keep your knees in line with your toes.

    3. Fill your belly (not your chest) with air before you begin the lift and hold it tight.

    4. Start breathing out slowly once you reach your "sticking point."

    its a good technique when squatting if you're struggling to get up, even if your knees are not collapsing inwards, is to flare them out and try lifting / thrusting the hips up and forward

U can see her going down way too fast and then the OK form she had for a sec or two disappears and her knees goes together... Cant tell much more from this perspective... I dont call this a fail, its just way too much weight for her

  • Wow thats alot of weight to lift, I hate doing squats becuase I don't have a metal stand to duck under, so by the time I lift it over my head I'm stuffed. Plus it really hurts my arm when I have to lower it behind my head.

  • @clarkdef be careful, making squat rack from your tables and such can be really dangerous. You dont want to hurt yourself with 120kg loaded bar and tables and chairs!!!
