For the PC the Game of the year edition gives you Oblivion along with it's expansions. I suspect that it's the same with the PS3 though I am not sure.

Their opinion that Morrowind is better bothers you? Why? I think Morrowind is better. That shouldn't bother you. Oblivion is a watered down Elder Scrolls game in which the purpose for leveling has been destroyed. It's pretty entertaining on the surface but mechanically Morrowind is superior.

The graphics looks nice, and there is a LOT of free-roam, but that is part of the problem. there is too much, and it is somewhat overwhelming.

I want to like this game, but it is not user-friendly at all. Hell, the fucking gamebook that comes with the game does not even tell you what buttons to push to access menus half the time. Am I supposed to know these things before playing the game? I hate this game.

Morrowind was the one that suffered from that, the quest log was horrible. They fixed that with Oblivion. Thank God.

That is vague as hell in a world so large. This isn't Super Mario Bros. 3, for crying out loud! I still love this game, but it needs better direction.
