Seems insurance companies were reluctant to offer flood coverage, probably deceptively depriving their customers of this knowledge (presumably because of the likelihood of many customers suffering detriment due to flood disasters). Maybe one day insurance companies will become lucrative enough to easily offer such insurance, or maybe they should be insured against the Reserve???
