i have always loved this song / the melody is quiet haunting but yet so enchanting and whoever listens to it hope their very heart sours to the heavens and hope every stress and horriable feeling leaves and nothing but a smile will appear on that individuals face , lady mary of alesmira
watermark one of the greatest albums ever created ... its sad though , its too melancholic TOO MUCH .. and that's the reason why i haven't listened to it for years...though the atmosphere is out of this earth..
similar pieces that immediately come to mind, Vangelis Stina Nordenstam "Ask the Mountains", Philip Glass "The Hours" and "Glassworks", just for starters. ;-)
My friend came over and (I reeeeally like enya since my parents have been divorcing) I told her about enya. She thought it was like this strange lullaby music. So I played this song and she LOVED it.
this tune reminds me of a rainy Seattle day sitting in front of my window looking out at the space needle thinking of how sweet life has been to me it makes me very happy.
Essa musica que faz viajar pois foi ouvindo ela que conheci meu marido pela internet Rubens da silva Carneiro eu te amo muito e te ofereço esta musica!!
This album will forever remind me of you Amy, spending endless time at your apartment on Detroit ave in each others arms. Those nights never ended and were the best nights of my life. I will forever cherish those days/those years with you forever. You and I live on in my heart and my dreams. It has been about fifteen years and I still think of you daily. Thank you for those memories. I wish you and yours the best that life has to offer. I can only hope to talk to you once again someday...
@robbiedean2006 Yeah. I remember laying on my stomach on the floor, with the big ceiling to floor windows open, summer breeze blowing in, and my mom bustling about the house cleaning up. She would sometimes play this song while doing so, and it always brings up good memories of before Katrina. miss them days...
i'm sorry i remember now it was in the movie green card with gerard depardieu, coincidently i watched that movie this weekend and i was wondering why it sounded so familiar
It's FANTASTIC the piano!
I like it too much!
I hope I will play in this way, sometimes!

This song for me is pure outpouring of emotion; it's cathartic, because it pulls all the right strings in one's soul.

Enya's Music has inspired many peoples without their knowing, to re-evaluate
their priorities and perhaps virtues. Perhaps that's why her music is often played
during body healers sessions, such as accupressure, reflexology, and so on.
It has a healing effect.
