I've got a slightly earlier prototype of this, it's pretty much the same, bar it's missing all intro scenes and I think the waterslide level is different.

I owned a Super Wild Card many years ago, and used to get games through the post by some guy, and he often used to send me games long before they were finished. I also had a unfinished copy of The Untouchables and a Steven Segal game that was never released.
