how about you have the water tank trap like straum had in the 5th film but instead of water, instead corrosive acid is slowly being dripped into the tank which will slowly cut your neck off and decapitate you..instead of enduring a painful death, you can endure a painful escape which will be placing your hands into traps which will slowly (say a couple of minutes??) have your hands burnt off completely

i got a cool trap idea though its a bit of a rip off of the pengulum trap, basically ur arms and legs are strapped to a wall and infront of you is a boaring drill piece which gets bigger, in order to escape the victim must sacrifice an entire limb by pressing the respective button and holdig it for 10 second, if by a minute the victim fails, then all switches are disabled and the drill enters the body and by 1 minutes 30, the victims body wud be drilled in half

They should have a trap that shoots arrows into your body, in non vital spots, the arrows would prevent mass bleeding by covering up the holes, and they would die slowly, I think it could work. I dunno. Or something that has to do with animals, like buried in the ground, and you have to use your head to look through a nest of bullet ants for the key... :P

Haha that'd be a horrible way to go, but that would kill them even if they found the key cuz the ants would get in their mouth, nose, and ears. What about like wasps?

Maybe Jigsaw could find a way to cover mouth, nose and ears, and release red ants or something, it would EVENTUALLY eat their skin, without killing them.
