What a crock of shit. First of all your license doesn't get suspended without any warning. He obviously has done SOMETHING wrong. Second, the police didn't trick him into driving the car he chose to. Third, playing games with the judge claiming that he is Dodson and not Miller is crap too as the police take the fingerprints with the arrest so they know who is is. In spite of all that the judge still gave him a chance not to go to jail which he screwed up. I hope Bubba enjoyed his tail.
@lionel21000 As you are one of the sheeple,let me explain something.There is a clear distinction between "driving" and "traveling" .As you have the "right to travel" ,you don't need a licence! Now if you are using the public roads etc to conduct business ,(taxi cab, haulage etc etc) then you need a licence .
But because the majority of people don't read anything before they sign for a "licence" ,(as joe before you did,so you do the same,)you pay for it because of your stupidity and they said so

Use something like blacks law dictionary .Educate yourself and wake up you bunch of sheeple .That's why you always do as your told to do ,because you lack the understanding/education of their language .

Travelling vs driving? Frankly, I don't want people that have suspended or no license on the road. Most of them don't have insurance either. That makes them unsafe.

If walmart and walgreens got together and make a rule that required you to have a 'purchasers card' to buy, that would be equivalent to a driver's license - the store police may unlawfully arrest you for not having one when they are uninformed that law does not require you to have one, only the store policies. :)

It's begging the question. The more relevant data is what his friends and acquaintances know him as. Names can and do change (Istanbul was once Constantinople) The only requirement to change your name is to start using a different one. That this judge will not order the record to reflect the name used by Sam and those who interact with him just goes to show how arrogant and anti-social judges are. Imagine me telling you "I know what your name is better than you do."
