Have you ever READ the Constitution? While some powers in the Constitution are implied and thus open to interpretation, recess appointments are a power explicitly spelled out in Article II, Section 3.

2. Read his "famous" letter from 1991.
3. Find out how much Comcast pay to lobby Congressmen and how corrupt that company is.
4. Search "Two More Massage Therapists Accuse Al Gore of Sexual Assault". This is the guy who Cenk works for but doesn´t dare to question. He questions Ron Paul about sexual harassment yet he is working for a possible RAPIST.

@RonPaulSwede Ok...Cenk doesn't have squat to say about the jewish faith or jewish culture or jewish ethnicity, so when I read "anti-semitic" I assume you are talking about his positions on the most well known and controversial jewish country, Israel. But assumptions can be wrong. Please tell me what makes TYT anti-semitic?

I think it is time for you to EXPAND your learnings a little. Anti semetic doesn´t only mean anti jew, there are other cemetic people, corrrect? Armenians consisted of Indo-European as semitic tribes and Cenk doesn´t believe in the genocide, why? The nazis took it as a blue print for their extermination of jews but good ol Cenk thinks no biggie. I wonder what Cenk thinks of Kurds, I bet he likes them equally ^_^.
Cenk is like a turkish version of a Nazi, sad but true.

TYT are anti semitic simply because they made videos about how it was an outrage that Israel was illegally & brutally using white phosphorus as a war shield.
this is terrible Anti Semitism
to make critical statements about Israel is harsh anti semitism
but,
when jews make harsh critical statements about gentiles
it is not anti gentilism
rather it is just jews god given right as the chosen people
