It is very sad but also very stupid. I think all riders should be made aware of things like this, it shows the damage that one man's idiocy can cause to his family!
WOW! He had to of been going at a very high speed. I have seen so much talk about helmets and safety gear. But there is no safety gear that would have saved him. Such a shame, motorcycles need to be taken more seriously. I have lost a few friends in motorcycle accidents. Take a couple extra seconds and don't try to be the lead of the pack. RIP Rider!

First R.I.P to the young man who lost his life. But if you WATCH the traffic HE was riding the opposite way of the traffic not good. My guess racing got a surprise from a oncoming car with little experience HIGH SPEED = DEATH

As a Bahamian and fellow rider livin in foreign I hate to hear about things like this. Only thing I could hope for is that other Bahamian riders learn from this and his death not go in vein. Bikes are inherently dangerous and all we can do is try an minimize the risks best we can.... Keep ya head on straight and take ya time.
Very descriptive walk threw, did more work than the cops. Even if his helmet stayed on, wouldn't have helped. if the bike exploded in 100 pieces, what you think his insides was going through? They never even found the front wheel!
