Thanks for your comment, to record the guitar i use a line 6 pod into a small mixing desk which goes straight into the comp, and either use my webcam or sony handycam to shoot the vid, this particular vid was done with handy cam with the pod sounds being recorded (along with the mic) into sonar, then being synced together using sony vegas pro software.
I might do a vid showing the set up in the near future
