  • paidusko is macedonian folk dance?!

  • @mk1krv1

First is not only Macedonian folk dance because Bulgarians and Greeks have it too.

Second there is not such a term as "Macedonian folklore"!

  • Very nice greetings from Romania!!

  • Tancite obediniavat i za tova tolkova mnogo hora znaiat tezi hora. Haide dobri choveci, bilo to albanci, makedonci, turci, surbi, gurci, kitaici, eskimosi, vsichki koito znaiat paydushko, zaedno na horo. Dumata HORO oznachava harmonia, zaednost, obedinenost. Tezi stupki sa po-stari ot vsichki patriotichni dogmi !

  • of course that everyone is stiling from us. Macedonians are and have always been the most creative nation on the Balkan Peninsula that is a fact not a statement.

  • @marenamarenec

  • MILO NASHE UBAVO MAKEDONSKO ORO !!

  • abe faletese so nesto vase.... cel zivot kradite muzika i pak nigde ne ste stasani .............

  • Despite all of the senseless bickering of who "owns" this dance, does anyone know the version and artist of this musical recording. I like the sound of this one but all of my searches turn up something different.

  • why are u guys fighting about an albanian dance, kajtushka is the albanin original

  • In My country (Turkey) We also dance payduşka, However we are aware of that Payduşka is not turkish. Due to having many immigrants who had come from Balkans, it is getting in our culture too. In those immigrants' wedding ceremonies or other celebrations (those could be original Macedonians, Bosnians or jugoslavians etc. but also Turkish people who had lived in Balkans for ages) payduşka is danced with great interest. Now other locals dance and enjoy it.

  • Pajdusko oro it's macedonian dance, not bulgarian. You've even changed the sound of it, the steps are almost the same.

Show us some original bulgarian, stop stealling something that it's not yours.

  • @mandufce Dances in 5/8 are popular in most of Bulgaria, in Greece, in Turkey, in Serbia and even in Romania. Did they all steal it from "Macedonia"? Poor Macedonians, everybody stealing what's theirs.

You know what, I live in the UK now. All Macedonians here have Bulgarian passports and claim to be Bulgarian. Let's talk about theft when they decide whether they prefer being Bulgarian or Macedonian.

You're right, there is so much we can "steal" from poor Macedonia. It's breaking my hearth...

  • Just fabulous!

  • very nice!

  • Bravo! Very nice!

Similar to the Greek 'Bayduska' from Thrace.

I guess the original dance is Bulgarian and we copied and adapted it.

We share many nice things. Love from Greece.

  • The original dance is Macedonian.

  • I have found this dance in Bulgaria and Greek Thrace. In Macedonia, it is only danced in villages of Thracian refugees, for instance, in the prefectures of Drama and Serres.

However, I am very interested to research your opinion. Can you please provide some sources? (bibliography, video, etc) Thanks a lot for your contribution.

    Pozdrav ot Bulgaria ^^
