You have to love Vladivostok FM for its sheer range of emotion in terms of all the music that's on it. And yet, it still manages to perfectly fit Niko and his story. This song was perfect driving in the rain in Liberty City. It's good to know there's a way to really hit someone emotionally through a video game, something that some ignorant people consider to be nothing but a waste of time. Stuff like this helps to prove them wrong.
