well thats fair, so let me tell u why its funny; ur arab and play spanish songs. wouldnt u be laughing when u saw a spanish guy playing arab songs? dont get me wrong, im not saying its a bad thing its just funny, cus i knew gringos loved our music but i didnt know we had this kind of range.

yeh music is def. universal language, but spanish music and arab music dont have same roots, ur confusing flamenco music with all spanish music which are two different things. flamenco has arab influences because as u might know andalucia was once ruled by arabs.

it is oK , try with simple chords then advance a little, if u really like it u will make it , i learned it when i was 24 , now i am 27 and still improving myself when i have time :) it is a nice hobby
