Industrial Ministry, Fear Factory and in some elements Spineshank is also industrial metal catagorized I guess. where industrial is early mid mid Ministry, Skinny Puppy, NIN. Napalm also has some industrial feels and samples.

The truth is critics come up with the fuckin' names, to describe or justify sound.

What I don't get is 'Post Punk' or 'Shoegazer. Now what the hell is that fuckin' supposed to mean!

Ministry is all inclusive. You can find a bit of every genre in any given Ministry CD. Yes, even a slight bit of country influence in some places. Al is a GOD. Al is a fucking musical, lyrical genius. It breaks my heart that Ministry is no more. Thank the godess that I got to see them on the C U Latour. Didn't get to owrk it, but that's okay too.

It's industrial, but their later albums were more thrash influenced. But every song Sin Quirin wrote, he tried to capture their old sound while still being thrashy like Al Jourgensen wanted.
