Besides cats are quieter, clean themselves, don't smell, don't have drool pouring out their mouths, and go to the washroom themselves. And jump you when you get in the door. AND a cats purr can lower your blood pressure, and relak you. And cats don't have alot of health problems. sooo, i like cats better lol.

this happened because the cat had foreign matter on its paw (some sort of worm) and in this circumstance it was able to survive and grow, the same could happen with a dog if its claws were sharp enough to puncture skin

Most likely real, as close to my cat as that black cat looks, and ALL the scratches I've had from both my cat... I'd say you'd have to be a pretty dirty cat owner to not clean your cats enough to get parasites...

Pro Tip, Clean the Kitty Litter box, Cut their nails(or declaw), Give cats at least yearly baths!
