I like the video, you have nice moves, and you don't seem to lack strength but you could probably work on your flow and rhythm. You're contracting your elbows before frontflipping, it's better if you start with your arms well extended before you jump (0:32) cause you're only breaking your own rotation by extending in mid air. Same thing for the side flip at (0:58) extend arm, and pull your right arm up when you jump, don't bounce, pull the leg behind up, and jump with the front leg.

A couple tips. 1: On your front tucks you need to jump a bit stronger to get extra height, but what will really bring them around is tucking in tighter, making sure to press your chin to your chest. 2: The side flip was good, technique is all there on the rotation. To get more height swing your back arm up as you take off and try to jump straight up. Keep up the good work!
