dude i have no clue what im doing. the iso i have is a text with a blank page. then when i control click it i find utilities then i try to do the next step i cant find that second option! can u please help me! i need to mount this crap

this thing is pissing me off!!! i use what u said to do but when its on the desktop of the mac i control click it and i select the "diskimagemounterr"but it brings up the folder it was in... and the items in there look like the following "autorun.inf, Mini-KVS Activator (blah blah blah),setup.exe, x64 (folder), and x86 (folder)"...

It doesnt do that for u but why does it keep popping up for me??? i jus wanna mount the .ISO file to install it but it keeps bringing up that damn folder... HELP!!!!

Just have a small question: Lets say I have a 16 GB SD card with only 500 MB of HD video on it. Is it possible to create a disk image of just that 500 MB or am I stuck with having to create a disk image by creating one that is the size of the 16 GB SD card?

It is on every mac. Go to go>utilities. You will see it there.

@andre01077 It is a program everyone has on all macs. You don't even need to open disk utility. You only need to double click it and it will mount.

@ReyGilliano go to the magnifying glass (top right hand corner) and search disk utility, open that and then click select your dvd/cd from the left then click new image save to wherever i find desktop the most useful and then there we go :)

I never saw right click buttons on macs...

You can right click by pressing control then clicking the mouse. Or if you hook up a windows usb mouse, it can right click just as if was on a pc.

Disk utility can do all of the things you listed. It is the only thing you need and is free on every mac.
