I don't care what anyones problem with Edirol Orchestral is. What you get, for the price, the CPU space, the ability to manually manipulate sounds, the great sound quality... etc... make this program beyond worth the minor issues that some people face with it.

I deleted my copy simply because it couldn't save settings and required manually reloading it everytime. You can only put up with this for so long until the DEL/unistall starts looking good.

@darkotheone As appealing as free software sounds to me, I can't undercut a company who's done such a good job with a MIDI program. I'll pay the $374 and give them my business, they deserve it for such great work. Not many programs can operate like this one at such a low pricing (below 500)

@Danezimus -Before doing that I suggest you check out Garritan Personal Orchestra - it sounds a lot less synthesized, and it's cheaper.

@DJBizkitBoii What program are you using? Idk how other programs work, but in FL Studio, to use more than 2 sounds in the vst at once, you gotta set up multiple midi out channels and have them all on the same port as orchestral vst. Make sure the midi out's are each using different channels though so you can use all the sounds at once.

and if you want a proffesional level, just have a look at EWQL simphonic orchestra :)

Miroslav sounds far more realistic (especially staccato) but it lacks the power of edirol (especially staccato)

@TheFrequenSea quick tip never just use one sound bank.... you can use edirol but if you want to create that power feel i would suggest SYMPHOBIA!... check it out

Reason's Orkester Sound Bank for NN-XT is MUCH better dan Edirol Orchestral.

Exept for the drums... Reason drums suck so much.. Edirol's ones sounds great
