i've seen practically every official aphex twin video there is, and a lot of fan ones, and i can say this one disturbs me the most.
i honestly felt uncomfortable and on edge just watching this. not because it's bad, but there is something about it that's honestly just really damn disturbing.
@myyellowdream 10 months later, this is still my favorite aphex twin video made by a fan. sometime soon i plan to do a video promoting it and a lot of other videos, very nice stuff still.
@jamieboyrockon Hey thanks man, appreciate it. Its such an intense song... I understand it's a little odd for some people but I can't help but love it.
Shamobii - I used only Vegas, with some stop-motion photos, slow motion, and color alterations. Otherwise it was just finding interesting things to shoot. Thanks so much for the compliment! It had not much planning except that I knew that staying in sync with the music was important. I may have been a little lazy on some parts too :D
thanks :D well I had nothing too special, a Fujifilm S7000 camera which is actually for photography but does pretty clear 640x480 movie. i used a tripod for some, but the concrete macro part was just done by quickly moving the camera in hand. it took some practice to come out right. at the end was a bird :D anyone reading, check out Eufouria's Aphex Twin "On" time-lapse movie, it's great.
Really awesome video. I can tell a lot of effort was put into this

This is AMAZING. Similar to the erradic style of other Aphex Twin videos like Rubber Jonny.
Did you you use After Effects with the Twitch plug in?
But you are extremely talented, did you do a shot list or a story board for this or just shoot random cool stuff?
Once again, amazing video, keep making more!

Fantastic work!
Can I get some details on what was sued to shoot/ edit this? The transitions between concrete macro shots was incredible how did you achieve that?
Also what was in the air at the end? A helicopter?
