The video shows nothing of the sort. It shows human movement outside redfern station.

1.I am arguing base of what is said in this video because that's all the information that I know you and I both have access to, but if you want to go beyond that fine. This is not the first time our good friend Pat O'Shane has ignore the evidence of law enforcement persons and believe the uncooberated evidence of the accused (especially when they are aboriginals.

3. for contempt of court and tried the matter in the absence of both him and his lawyer and found against him. Furthermore she is a known feminist and Aboriginal rights activist. She forgot her feminist side when she stuck up for former ATSIC chairman Geoff Clarke who was accused of leading a gang rape. She said "a lot of women manufacture stories against man". Can you see a trend here, she is a volatile mentally ill person who is bias against police and bias towards fellow aboriginals.

Funny how she campaign for women's rights for years. Was a strong anti violence against women campaigner, but when an Aboriginal man is accused of gang raping a white woman she does a u-turn and all of a sudden "women often manufacture stories against men"!

And I am telling you Pat O'Shane is not fit to be a magistrate and this is one example of her blatant bias against law enforcement and favouritism towards aboriginal Australians.

Evidence? We get shown about 3 still frames that are shown without any context.

This is not evidence.

The evidence is the testimony of two cops vs the testimony of a self admitted drunk!

And the "3 still frames" show the cops directing the drunk away from the toilets and then he jumps towards them as if he is about to hit them. Those actions at least constitute an attempted assault, even if none of the blows contacted. Furthermore the cops jump back, which demonstrates that they were acting defensively not offensively.

The testimony is from two transit officers, not cops. And never in the video does he admit to being, or is he called a drunk, he has merely had some drinks, like most people do.

The camera is nowhere near the toilets, i visit this station twice a day, the toilets are inside, we dont see anything of the toilets.

I am not saying this man is innocent, what i am saying is there really is no evidence here.

The video shows him attacking them and them acting defensively! I know they are transit officers but they are often refered to as transit cops, anyway the point is two vs one in statements. Two reliable sober witness vs one drunk. He had enough alcohol not to remember how it all happened, I don't know about you but on a few occassions I have dunk enough to forget deatils of the night I would consider myself drunk!

That makes lots of sense believe the word of a drunk over two transit officers, backed up by video evidence. Yes some cops are racist, yes some transit officers are racist, but it seems far too easy to play the race card these days.
