georgia was a breakaway state and now that ossetia is trying to break away from georgia, the gorgians have the same situation the russians had back in the 1900's. georgia invaded ossetia to try to stop the break away republic and russia invaded georgia in order to stop there attacks on ossetia. we will see how all this turns out soon. im betting ossetia will gain indipendance from georgia and russia will be blamed for the starting the whole thing. thats what usually happens.
