In my opnion i feel we need a ride that will spark sixflags fiesta tx or make it a little bit more rollercoaster atmosphere.maybe something like the titan at sixflags over texas or give the rattler its original drop back...

I went to FT 2 weeks ago, and it was EPIC!!!!!!!!! That topper track on the 2nd hill going up the 3rd was AWESOMELY SMOOTH!!!!!!!!!! and I noticed they completely restored the 2nd train and repainted it blue! :)

I was 11 when they first opened Fiesta Texas. My dad forced me to get on the Rattler, it was my first rollercoaster ride. I'm glad my dad made me get on, now i can't stop ridding. Now its time to make my 9 year old son get on HO HO HA HA!!!

if they remodeled the rattler like the giant i would stop going they cant keep killing wooden coaster because of all the pussies that dont wanna ride them. if they are to rough for you dont get on them simple as that let the people who enjoy the wooden coasters for what they are have their fun.

Good News SFFT fans! Rattler is gonna get remodeled at the end of 2011 or begging of 2012! I got a email from Six Flags saying:We do not have plans for rattler now but you never know maybe sometime soon. :) Excatley so yea and plus behind Poltergist there is some new supports or something. NEW COASTER OR RIDE FOR 2011!

The cars had no head support. And with those speeds going through the track, Their heads definitely will be snapping back. I believe they did add a head rest soon after, I can't remember. But having a better designed car might have saved the coaster. Plus if people would understand the damn warning signs before getting on, that too might have stopped the whining.

the 1st time i went to fiesta texas was like in 2006 or something, so i don't think the rattler had it's original drop then. also, i was really young and too scared 2 go on it anyway. but i might go there soon and now that i'm older, i'll ride it but now i wish i could see wat the original was like! :-)

i was openin year and i was able to get on the rattle in 92' @ the age of 12 and loved it!!.. i had wiplash for a week but dang it was great i gone evry year since then. i now dance the chicken dance on it! make s the ride alot more fun!

It has elements the Giant never dreamed of: Airtime and terrain.

Giant is dull, with the exception of the end run. If you get off on being punched in the kidneys, then it's great. Otherwise, it's dull. Too many trim brakes.

The original first drop of The Rattler was 61 degrees. I rode it in 1993 and I still remember the back seat trying to buck you out of it. They reprofiled after the 2nd season because the pull-out at the bottom of the drop was too intense and causing injuries. The drop had a great pop about half-way down it that you can sort of see in the video.

i loved the old fiesta texas it was not that crowded, so there was not that long of a wait on rides. Since six flags took over they added the water park and junk. Total ruined the place in my opinion. Is the pear apple fair still around ? Was a great putput/arcade place.

Man since six flags took over the whole park is just NASTY with trash all over the place, not enough employees for the resturants,the only few lockers they have their r in the front and the water park,lousy parking area eentrance and exits,VERY VERY RUDE STAFF and the worst of it is all the rides tend to break down at the same time... People I don't recommend this park at all.. too much money for a crappy place at least Sea World has better management over there!
