@DirectedBySteve I'm not entirely sure, but it's possible they used some sort of motion capture to generate the detail in the hand that was lost by the bottle(possibly green) which would have been keyed out. There is a Sky sports add that uses this effect too where there is an existing football match being played, but the ball has been keyed out, yet you see the net 'burst' as a goal is scored. My guess is that there is possibly even a plugin to help with this.

With tomato's and a whole lotta love! lol! But seriously they would of filmed each scene twice once with the ketchup bottle and filmed it again without to get the rest of the hand of the and the rest of the fridge door etc in the shot. They layered the frame ontop of eachother and edited out the bottle with part of the original frame.
