  • Love the video! Think I'll make this next weekend! Just a lil tip... Put the onion in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes before chopping. It won't make you tear up.

  • JUSTIN BIEBER!!!(:

  • see i have made this quite a few times and my families LOVE IT. but we found that kale is too bitter so instead we use Spinach. it gives it a great flavor and tastes the same

  • I am making this tonight! I have that exact bowl u put ur potatoes in lol

  • I love making this at home :)

  • Excellent recipe. Knife skill of the chef....not very good lol.

  • I have a question to everyone who has made it, how close does it get to the olive garden zuppa toscana?

  • @Ukrainelove101 Problem with " Ethnic " and " National " Chain restaurants is that they hire minimum wage newbies straight out of cook school to work from issued ingredients and a recipe sheet , whereas the real authentic foods were/are made by Granny , mom + her sisters for the big family occasion sit down festival meal .

Utterly different situations , and no wonder so many Chain Restaurants meals are utter crap .

The answer at home is to study up , experiment , and get taught by a " Granny "

  • I don't think my Olive Garden uses onion in their Zuppa Toscana. But, thanks for the upload. I love this soup.

  • I GET SCARED THINKING YOURE GONNA CUT YOURSELF! LOL

  • FYI. I used kitchen basics chicken "stock" and it is a lot better.. really really good!

  • i really want to buy you a better knife

  • Thank You!!! Great Recipe. My wife loves it and now I have to cook it all the time.

  • your asian!!

  • This soup is EXELLENT! I am a huge fan of the oilve gardens version and this is it to the T. And talk about simple..

I used half hot and half sweat sausage, I also tend to have whipping cream on hand so IDK if it was that or just my tase but it was a 'little" very little creamy.. I might go for 1 cup next time.. but thank you.. WONDERFULL soup!

  • this was awesome!!!!!! i am going to make this for my parents and husband one n one night!!!!!!! you are an awesome cook!! thank you so much for sharing this with the rest of us!! and keep up the good work..i added you to my favorites so i can go to you whenever i need a good recipe! :)

  • I'm going to make this for my girlfriend :)

  • @brightonboarder hope she'll love it!

  • just kake your girlfriend to olive garden and save yourself the hassle bro!

  • I have a question for favabeany? I was wondering if I can used deer sausage? Anyways you normanly used Italian Sausage for this soup. Thank you for the video

  • @gamita1078 At the Olive Garden restaurants, Italian sausage is used so that's why I made it with that but I'm sure it's possible to use any other sausage as well.

  • @gamita1078 not if you want it to taste like olive garden soup, but yes. Any uncooked sausage will do!

  • yummy

  • I want you to cook for me! :D This looks delicious!

  • my wife makes the best zuppa ever! check the vid i did on my channel about it

  • Thank you, this is my first time watching your video and I was going along with it while cooking my own Zuppa. I like how detailed you were in the video showing me how to cut the vegetables and how the broth is suppose to look like inbetween ingrediants. It really helped out a lot so I know I'm doing it correctly. Thank you very much!

  • @PitaStreet I'm so glad you liked this video! You're welcome :))

  • this looks delicious...i had this about 3 years ago when i asked a waiter what he would recommend as an appetizer besides salad...soup can be messy in a restaurant but i definitely enjoy it. I will try this when the weather gets cold. *FAVORITE!*

  • Terrific.... you only need to use half the Potatoes and Sausage..IMHO.
