Heheheeheh, Tieria is a NO GENDER since he's /she's/it's an innovator. He/she/it can change from a girl to a boy easily.... and the fact that so many people pair Neil and Tieria up is that, Tieria looks up to Neil greatly since Neil was somehow the one who stopped Tieria from getting arrogant. If Tieria really became a girl, I think it's great. :P I happen to own a picture of Neil and Tieria both in wedding attire. XD

You are kidding, right? According to canon, as of now, only Revive is neuter. Tieria is a man. He can't change to a girl; when he crossed dress, Sunrise made it very clear that it was "special makeup".
