Use a sparkly brush then.

You can download it off of websites by googling the brushes.

Then just use the sparkly brush to outline the heart.

go the the drop down list for "brushes" when on the eraser mode, and pick the size.

it should be regular again.

make you save it as .png

so the heart is transparent and the picture will show.

you can use text, then pan crop it to the corner. or while you make the border in photoshop(or any editing program), use text and place it wherever on the border.

As I said in the video, you could use any type of photoshop or editing program with layers. I just mentioned in the video that I used Photoshop CS3 because there's some people who ask what program I used.

uh just pull the top title part of the wedding 8 image out.

and it'll come out as a separated thing.

but it doesn't really have to be separated.

you just make a new image then make it any color bg and 'stamp' the heart image on it...

you just have to erase it inside.

or you can search up a different heart brush on a brush website.

lol. all you have to do is open up a image with a transparent background or white background by doing file>open and then find it. next you just go to edit>define pattern on the brush setting and you stamp it on the black thing.

i just use the heart as a stamp for videos.

you can use any image as long as the picture's background is transparent or white.

so first you obviously open up the image you want as a stamp. then you click the eraser tool. after that you click edit>define brush preset. name it whatever you want it to be. then stamp it. (:
