At 0:29 you have 190kph with 6000RPM which is impossible!
If this should have been 3rd gear, you would have been at 6500RPM when pulling the 3rd to 190kph. Normally 3rd gear goes to 180kph with 6200RPM, then it shifts. So 190kph at 6000RPM is impossible.
I'm sorry but i see you have no knowledge about the 500E whatsoever, so leave it please to argue with me.
Come to Germany to me and other friends of me driving the 500E, or read in the couple of 500E Forums how that car really works. Entirely different from an odd 300E.
500E shifts normally at 6000RPM (hardcoded), with Kickdown held at 6200-6300RPM (depends on how you set the small screw at the edge of the Gearbox Valve-box inside the gearbox - read it in the MB WIS)

It is stock!!! because I had 300E 5 speed manual in my country and it did 260KM-160Miles per hour. So 500e can do 280 easy..

Actually he is doing about 185 kmph at exactly 6k revs..Which is very possible, the slightest upgrade can change your speed at certain revs..
If you're car is shifting @6200 with a 6400 red line, get it checked out.
I've got an automatic 300E and usually in 3rd gear it shifts out at 6500-6600 revs @ over 115MPH
Maybe his speedo is off a little..Mine is off by 2-3 MPH.

RPM-Limitier is also at hard-coded at 6300RPM.
500E because of 2.82:1 rear axle transmission goes into 6300RPM limiter at exactly 267km/h or 166mph in lts gear IF speed governor was removed ;-)
