  • I've had GAD, un-diagnosed ever since I was like 5 or 6 years old. Now I'm 15. I only recently found out what it was but I've suffered from many symptoms for so long! It sucks. I told my mom I think I have it. She was like "Maybe you should see a counselor." Then she did nothing. I told her multiple times about it and she didn't do anything. I can't buy this thing, I don't have money. I looked up some techniques online that help a little, but it still affects me. I just don't know what to do :(

  • its sad that nothing is free.... but the book help.

  • hmm

  • I have had attacks in the past. I consider myself normal, educated and a good contributor to society.. I hope this works...

  • @krexparadon same old bs

  • @krexparadon What does being educated have to do with anxiety attacks. The last time I checked, anxiety attacks don't discriminate. The rich, poor, young, old, married, single, gay, straight, black, white, etc. ALL can get them.

  • I had my first attack a week ago, I was on a plane flying to chicago...I got scared like the plane was going to crash. My heart was pounding, I started sweating, utter terror.. I shakingly got up and went to the bathroom and cried.

  • @hritovaxi thats not what a panic attack is.....alot of people mis-use the word panic or anxiety attack because of what the word panic or anxiety tells you in the dictionary. An anxiety or panic attack has to do with mental illness, it happens when your brain chemicles are inbalanced. its a mental disorder, its not being scared of something.

  • I'm going to give this a shot...I have nothing to lose at this point and I will not get on psych meds!!

  • I appreciate all the feedback going on around here. There is a lot of information dealing with panic attacks here.... Thanks

  • I heard having no sex for a month will cure your panic attacks...I'm just saying..

  • Don't try to surpress your anxiety with booze and drugs,,,It'll kill you eventually. You need to face your this head on, and panic away will show you how.

  • What causes a panic attack? I mean, I get them for no reason. I sit on the couch watching TV and bam, my heart starts pounding, I break into a sweat and I feel like I want to puke..

  • I just want everyone to know that 99% of the people out there that have panic attacks and anxiety attacks are all normal people, no medication is needed and you're not crazy. You just need to learn a couple things...

  • This technique does work. It's kinda difficult at first because it's a face your fears kind of thing. I am a success story..It does work

  • So you have to face your anxiety levels head on to make this work? I hope I am understanding this correctly.. I hope I can do it..

  • I purchased panic away about two months ago and I can say that I am a different person. I have learned to control my anxiety levels now and this would have never happened if it were not for Panic Away.

  • I bought this and it treated my anxiety almost immediatly. I was super desperate and willing to try anything which is why I bought this. I have not felt this good in years. The feeling of not having to worry about anxiety has changed me.
