It's never been more obvious than in this episode; Dr. Drakken is a 40 year old (or 45 year old) version of FREAKAZOID!!! If he decided to give up the good fight, anyway. Think about it; two technogeeks mysteriously turn blue, have black spikey hair, black rings surrounding their eyes, are easily distracted by muffins (or other goodies), fight with green-skinned women, know slow-to-catch-on aliens, AND have very "out of the box" ideas for accomplishing their goals!! It's not coincidence!
