@LaMbFaT If you havnt allready, you can change your UI scale in the regular WOW settings.

If you go into video settings, and check the box that says 'use UI Scale'. Then slide the bar up and down depending on how big or small you want your UI to look.

Open the skinner options, go to viewport, and move the sliders. It's that easy, I don't know of any others but skinner does the job just fine and it's not really complicated.
