Tang dynasty was when this one was made right?, and I swear I got the idea just by watching the vid, not just your post XD

In fact , it(筝) was made at (475-221)BC as prototype .

That time is called"战国",Sorry I don't know how to translate it in English , After 战国 it become Qin dynasty.
