What AG crafts should I sell in my etsy shop?

You could sell posters, paintings, more different types of sweets or mini picture frames!

You should make waffles, pancakes and donuts out of polymer clay. I would buy signed posters too. You should also consider making charms and putting eye pins in them, then making doll braceletes and necelaces with beads and the clay charm. I would totally buy that!
