It's easy. Delete the weapon in monitor mode as a second player at the exact time that you pick up the weapon in player mode.

Naw itz cool, all u gota do is go to like either a custom game or a forge game and go to settings. General Settings, and u should see like 2 weapons. CHange the 2 weapons to nothing, and a flamethrower. After that, u start the game, And make them drop the guns by pressing Y. Tell me if u get confused.
