  • @Lucy8297

  • Thank you for sharing us. It's fun. I like it very much. I have 3street organs but I've never seen it before. Are you a organ maker?

  • @Lucy8297

Thanks, Lucy. I'm an amateur organ builder, inspired by the clever mechanical designs of John Smith in England. People all over the world are building their own street organs using his plans!

  • Wow. This is really clever! A built in assistant!!

  • i know this has been modified but is this made from scratch or from a kit.???

either way it is wonderful... thanks for sharing.

  • @CHOPPERTHECLOWN

Thanks Chopper, this was scratch-built from the "John Smith Organ" plans from England.

  • @organfandan THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR QUICK REPLY...I KNEW ALL THE, .. LETS SAY MONKEY BUSINESS WAS YOUR DOING.lol. IVE WANTED AN ORGAN FOR SO LONG...SOMETIME THIS YEAR I WILL EITHER BUY ONE OR MAKE ONE.

  • is there a note/channel that controls the monkeys grin? That could make for some fun :)

  • @calvinthedestroyer

There is a lever on the back of the organ that controls the grin. Lots of fun to use the grin at just the right moment to maximize the effect !

  • AMAZING!!

  • oh my goodness how cute!!!

  • Did you make it? I love organ grinders but I don't know where to find one to buy.

  • Simply sublime!

  • And how nicely tuned it is! Such a clean temperament! Good job, and thanks for sharing!

  • I love it when the monkey shows his teeth. Only 4 times.

  • this is ultimately cool

  • Just how many times do people drop change into the cup??

Very nice, probably the most original Busker that I've seen.

    Keep them coming.

  • where does one learn how to start building organs?

  • A great introduction is at the web site listed in the 'more info' box, you'll be amazed by all the creative home-built organs pictured there.

  • Once again you have dazzled me with your "brilliant" ideas. Now that I have my own John Smith 20 note beware the competition is on.

  • Well now that's fantastic I'm well impressed. Now can I be cheeky and ask for your permission to use the video clips on youtube on the AOBG website and forum. Obviously will credit you and your website. Now has the clips are in public domain I know I don't have to ask but gentlemen and respect and all that. I will understand if you not ok with that. All the best Phil Radford.
