BTW you say it looks like a velociraptor yet those are estimated to weigh 100 pounds and have a coat of feathers, meaning it would not be able to have the thick leathery skin. Also the raptors in jurassic park which were mistakenly named velociraptors were actually Deinonychus. Wether these had feathers or not is still subject to debate, yet the fossils of the animals have only been found in North America mainly the U.S... whatever it is it is likely not a raptor as most are small and feathered.

Also, as stated earlier, we can never know if Velociraptors actually had feathers or not until we see the living animal. And actually, the Raptors in JP was a new and fictional species of Raptor, called Velociraptor Antirrhopus, a combination between Raptors and Deinonychus so to speak. Peace!
