The fact he's god-ridden is a scary thing about him ...but he and many of the millions who share my appreciation of him understand the neccessity of the sepration between church and state. I think perhaps my point was that this show could have had lots of Labour, Tory or Lib Dem mainstream proper MPs who'd have looked far more favourably on the EU, but they dug this guy out instead. Same with his criticism of the NHS, not popular, but what they wanted to hear on this particular TV program.
